1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using Oken Scanner, you agree to these Terms of Service. This is a standard agreement similar to other mobile applications. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Subscription Model
Oken Scanner operates on a subscription-based model for premium feature access. All purchases and billing are handled securely by the Apple App Store. It is your responsibility to manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
3. User Data Responsibility
Oken Scanner is an offline app. We do not store, backup, or mirror your documents on our own servers. Your documents live only on your device. Consequently:
- If you delete a document, it is permanent.
- If you uninstall the app, all app data is wiped by the OS.
- We cannot help you recover lost files. We have no access to them and no technical way to retrieve them.
Data management and backup are 100% the user's responsibility.
4. Limitation of Liability
Oken Scanner is provided "as is." We are not liable for any data loss, document corruption, or hardware failure. Your use of the app is at your own risk, similar to other professional scanning tools.
